The Duncan House was cherished by Donald and Elizabeth Duncan for nearly 50 years. This outstanding Mid-Century Modern design easily became a home to their family. Their dream was always to have a Wright designed home, one that would be preserved and maintained for years to come.

Mr. Duncan was quite the ambitious businessman, with great foresight. But, I don’t think that even he imagined his home to be dismantled… piece by piece, packed in 4 Trailers and hauled over 600 miles to a place called Polymath Park. In fact we can’t believe how it all has transpired.

The Usonian Preservation and the help of many sponsors made this project come to life. Our mission is to preserve, honor and maintain the Frank Lloyd Wright Duncan House and his legacy of talent.

Now as our guests enter onto the cascading driveway and approach the Usonain home, they all can appreciate the effort set forth and the constant passion applied, to continue Mr. Wright’s work and at the same time create everlasting memories.
