When you reserve The Duncan House or The Balter House, you have use of the entire house, not just a room. This includes patios and areas of the Resort that are open to the public. The Boulder Room, located in the lower level of The Duncan House, will not be accessible unless prior arrangements for use are made at the time of reservation.

You may check in at the Blum House Visitor Center at 3:00 p.m.. To check out, simply leave your keys on the kitchen counter. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Garbage should be bagged and left by the door; towels may be left on the bathroom floor. Please be sure that all appliances and lights are turned off when you leave and that the fire has been extinguished. Lock all doors when you leave. All balances must be paid in full at this time.

Yes. Bed linens, towels and spa robes are provided for your comfort. Basic toiletries are also provided. Should you forget an essential, just let us know! Your comfort is our concern.

While meals are not included in your overnight stay, you may order a wide range of dining selections from our “Chef upon Request” service. This service must be arranged prior to your arrival. We will cater you meals to the guest home during your stay. This allows for a greater range of flexibility as we will provide your meals based on your personal preferences. Basic comfort foods are provided in the well-equipped kitchen such as, but not limited to bread, crackers, coffee, and tea. You may also order beverages and hors d’oeuvres to be ready when you arrive. Contact the Resort by email or phone to find out more about this convenient service. A café that offers lite fare is also located in The Blum Visitor Center.

No, the kitchens are well stocked with place settings, pots, pans, silverware and utensils. A microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot are also provided.
